Ancient ayurvedic texts recommend oil pulling as a part of your daily oral hygiene routine to strengthen teeth and gums and to detoxify the mouth. Our whole botanical formula is processed in organic sesame oil to deeply penetrate and nourish mouth tissues and balance oral flora. After brushing, use our oil pulling concentrate alone by slowly swishing 1 tsp. In mouth for 5-15 minutes. Do not swallow. Add to your own pulling oil at a ratio of 1:3 then swish 1 tbsp.
